1. The rules for the protection of personal data define the basic principles and procedures governing the personal data of visitors to the site www.raiseforukraine.org (R4UA), (hereinafter – R4UA online website).

2. The protection of personal data is of great importance, therefore it is important that visitors to the R4UA online website know when and what data is collected, stored and how it is used.

3. The personal data we collect is only the data that you voluntarily provide to the R4UA online website, and you agree that the personal data is used and processed in accordance with these rules.

5. Personal data is used to identify the client in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Latvia “On the Protection of Personal Data of Individuals”.

The personal data of visitors to the R4UA online website is stored on an external medium, which undertakes to take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of personal data of visitors. However, regardless of regular monitoring, absolute protection against all potential hazards is not possible.

7. Collected personal data of visitors to the R4UA online website, such as IP address, date, time of page viewing, is collected for statistical purposes. This data does not identify the user and only records the IP address of the computer from which the R4UA online website was accessed.
