War damages. It destroys buildings, wrecks vehicles but obvious worst – it kills and wounds people. Russian brutal invasion results in thousands casualties both among military as well as civilians. Horribly, this is a long term toll that is to be endured by many Ukrainians as they carry the scars and disabilities further into their life.

We at Raise for Ukraine decided to assist medics and their patients. Primarily by providing focused aid to particular needs of those who need surgery, go through rehabilitation and adaptation or need help restarting their life anew.
